Other countries only require a passport, which must be valid for a minimum of six months upon entry into Peru.

When observing a risk situation that affects their integrity or that of their caregivers, they can activate the application and request the support of the Tourism Police. The emitted signal will be received and displayed at the Control and Communications Center of the geographical region in which the tourist is located. After making the corresponding confirmation by telephone, operational actions will be organized at the place where the incident tourist provides the necessary support.

TRANSPORT IN PERU
Peru has different modes of transportation, such as land, air, sea or river, which are connected to different provinces and departments of the Peruvian territory, allowing anyone to move from one place to another.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
Peru does not require you to take any medical insurance, but we still recommend travel insurance that includes medical coverage.

- The currency of Peru is Nuevo Sol (PEN). Have a reference 1 EUR = 3.80 PEN. 1 USD = 3.28 PEN.
- The electric current in Peru is 220 volts – 60 Hz. The plugs have 3 plugs and are compatible with type A, B and C plugs like Spain.
- Business hours in Peru are usually from 08 00 to 18 00 and malls opening hours from 11 00 to 22 00 . Banks, although they have different opening times, usually open Monday to Friday from 09 00 to 18 00 and Saturdays from 09 00 to 12 00 .
